As the name suggests, the Maverick is a directional freeride board designed for the bad boys of the mountain. Inspired by the Archetype shape, the Maverick has a subtler 3mm taper, allowing this beast to ride switch with ease. Our Hover Camber profile keeps the Maverick planted and stable when riding groomers but provides effortless float in soft snow. A medium to stiff flex along with a pre-cured tri-axial fibreglass weave provides torsional rigidity for a responsive ride. Dual carbon beams extend the length of the cambered section to increase pop and snap for a playful feeling. Finished off with our Smoothride Sidewalls and the Maverick is at home in the backcountry, slack country or hit runs.

Dual carbon beams are placed in strategic positions extending from the tail to just behind the front foot to increase pop, snap and drive out of turns without adding overall weight compared to traditional fibreglass only constructions. By stopping the carbon beams before the nose of the board we are able to maintain a unique surfy feeling in powder without sacrificing pop and power on groomed slopes. Carbon also adds flex memory, supporting the camber shape so the board remains lively over time and use.
We are continually looking for new ways to push the boundaries of graphical processes in snowboard design. This season the Powder Quiver takes inspiration from urban architectural landscapes and the undulating faces of many of the worlds most recognizable architectural structures. From the western concourse of Kings Cross station in London to the brutalist concrete studwork of the Montreal Metro, we took elements from these dynamic, flowing shapes and developed them into four uniquely similar yet different graphics.
Strong, faster, easier and designed to help dial-in the perfect stance for you. The Channel® gives you the ultimate control of your stance and your board in a design compatible with all major bindings.
Infused urethane sidewalls which reduce vibration and impact, similar to how urethane skateboard wheels create a smooth ride on rough concrete. Dampening the ride, reduces board chatter and leg fatigue and provides the ride with the smoothest ride ever.
